OCEAN REEF PRESS THANKSGIVING INSERT
I will be publishing a 40-page Insert that will be included in the Thanksgiving edition of the Ocean Reef Press. This publication is distributed to all Ocean Reef Equity, Social, and Legacy members, as well as their guests, during the holiday weekend.

LEGENDS INVITATIONAL MAGAZINE & WEBSITE

The Legends Invitational reserves three days of exclusive play on Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, and Spyglass Hill golf courses- November 13-17th 2025. Along with an incomparable golf experience, the tournament also hosts four unique entertainment evenings—NAVY SEALs UP-CLOSE & PERSONAL tactical demonstration, PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAMERS UP-CLOSE & PERSONAL Gala event, and the tournament's Awards Banquet—for our guests. MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

Each month, the Club sends out my personal Newsletter. No other individual agent reaches the membership in this manner. Links within my Newsletter to the single property listing websites for 19 Sunrise Cay and the property detail page on my personal website, MaryLeeOceanReef.com, will make it easy for newsletter visitors to gain immediate access to the property information and photos.

Given that the vast majority of homes at Ocean Reef® are sold to Ocean Reef® members this represents a significant advantage. What is most remarkable is that month after month my Newsletters achieve an average open rate of over 50%. This is nearly triple the global average of direct email marketing!  

Over the years, I have literally established my Newsletter as a "go-to" digital media for Ocean Reef® members not only for the latest real estate updates but also for extraordinary content that keeps readers coming back for more each month. My unique video content, like the SEAL Team Ocean Reef events video, is a proven marketing success for audience engagement. 

NETWORKING AT THE 2026 ALL CHARITIES GALA

I am excited to announce that John and I and our Fine Wine Society, as an All Charities Preferred Partner, will be donating our most extravagant Napa Cult Wine Dinner ever at the 2026 Gala.  On March 31st, 2026 Master Chef Rich Rosendale will prepare a gourmet extravaganza dinner paired with some of the most prestigious Napa Cult wines including Screaming Eagle, Scarecrow, Harlan Estate, Colgin, and DANA. 50 guests will be welcomed with a glass of Dom Pérignon Rosé and desert will be paired with Chateaux d'Yquem.

Promoting my personal website with QR codes in print ads every week and monthly in my Newsletter as a way for Ocean Reef® members to learn more about your listing completes my digital marketing strategy for 19 Sunrise Cay.

But I do not stop there! Networking is truly the key to my success.

MORE NETWORKING ON & OFF THE REEF

No other agent networks like I do both on and off the Reef. John and I initiated the reciprocal between the New York Athletic Club and Ocean Reef Club® as part of Ocean Reef’s® Affiliate Program. We underwrite the Bag Room Open every year. Our Fine Wine Society dinner events in Napa Valley, like the famous White Truffle Dinner at the French Laundry, supporting the Navy SEALs and saluting Medal of Honor recipients, and those on the Reef too have always received rave reviews. Many Ocean Reef® members attend Legends Invitational. Spearheading SEAL Team Ocean Reef and producing the four-day SEAL events at Ocean Reef® keeps me top-of-mind among the members as well. SEAL Team Ocean Reef dates for 2026 will be April 8, 9, 10, & 11th.

As “Angels of Ocean Reef®” we have raised over $3,000,000 to support the Ocean Reef® Community Foundation, The Academy, the Medical Center, the Cultural Center, and ORCAT.
